Common questions
What counts as one check?
One assertion against one target, regardless of how many vantage points run it. A check running from 12 locations every 30 seconds is still one check.
Is ingest traffic metered?
No. Agents push as much as the plan's rate ceiling allows and egress is not billed separately.
Can we self-host the ingest tier?
On Business, yes. The ingest binary is the same one we run; it speaks the protocol documented in ingest protocol and forwards to our aggregation tier or to your own OTLP collector. Ask for the deployment chart.
Do you offer annual billing?
Annual is 10 months for 12, invoiced in EUR or USD. VAT is added for EU customers without a valid VAT ID.
