Pingform Systems OÜ (registry code 16428931, Narva mnt 5, 10117 Tallinn, Estonia) operates pingform.org. This page describes what we collect and why.
What the service processes
Check results are technical measurements: timestamps, status codes, durations, DNS answers, TLS
certificate metadata and error strings from the target. We do not store response bodies. If a check
uses body_contains, only the boolean outcome is retained, not the matched content.
Account data
- Name, work email and workspace membership, to operate the account.
- Billing details, held by our payment processor; we store only the last four digits of a card and the billing country.
- Agent metadata: hostname, version, source address of the ingest connection.
Logs
Ingest and API access logs contain source address, timestamp, bytes transferred and response code. They are retained for 30 days and used for abuse prevention and capacity planning.
Retention
Check results follow the plan retention period. Account data is deleted within 30 days of workspace closure, except records we must keep for accounting law, which are retained for seven years.

Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data, and
object to processing. Write to privacy@pingform.org; we respond within 30 days. Our
supervisory authority is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.
Cookies
The console sets one session cookie and one CSRF cookie, both strictly necessary. This documentation site sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts.
