Terms of service
Last updated 14 August 2026.
These terms govern use of pingform.org and the PingForm agent, provided by Pingform Systems OÜ ("we"). By creating a workspace you accept them.
1. Service
We execute the checks you configure from our vantage points and deliver the results to your workspace and to the destinations you configure. Plan limits are published on the pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice.
2. Acceptable use
You may only configure checks against targets you own or are authorised to monitor. The following are prohibited and result in immediate suspension:
- Load generation, stress testing or any check pattern intended to exhaust a target's capacity.
- Port scanning or service enumeration of hosts you do not control.
- Using the agent or the ingest tier to tunnel traffic unrelated to monitoring.
- Circumventing plan limits, including by distributing one workspace across unrelated parties.
Minimum intervals exist to keep check traffic distinguishable from abuse. We may reduce the frequency of a check that we consider harmful to its target.
3. Availability
Business plans carry a 99.9% monthly ingest availability commitment, with service credits of 10% of the monthly fee per full percentage point below it, capped at 50%. Scheduled maintenance, announced at least 72 hours ahead, is excluded. Starter and Team are provided without an availability commitment.
4. Your data
Check results and configuration remain yours. We process them to provide the service, as set out in privacy. On termination you may export everything for 30 days, after which we delete it.
5. Fees
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, in EUR unless agreed otherwise. Overages are invoiced in the following period. Unpaid invoices more than 14 days overdue may lead to suspension.
6. Liability
The service is a monitoring aid and not a substitute for your own operational controls. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss arising from a check that failed to detect an outage.
7. Term and termination
Either party may terminate at the end of a billing period. We may terminate immediately for breach of section 2. On termination the agent stops receiving schedules and ingest is closed.
8. Governing law
Estonian law applies, and the courts of Harju County have exclusive jurisdiction.
